  • Visited prospective customers on site (MTS Russia, Fastlink Jordan, Telsim Turkey and Orange Thailand) promoting both the Motorola Soft-Switch and Apertio product portfolio and gathering new requirements for Value-Added products, such as Prepaid, PoC and e_wallet.
  • Directed technology transfer of the VoIP Soft-Switch solution from Advanced Technology to other commercial product teams, using presentations, lab demos, participation in the creation of technical product description, authoring white-papers, organizing internal conferences.
  • Introduced Software Reliability Engineering (SRE) to the VoIP Soft-Switch Program.
