ELTECH Consulting is based on individual contracting by the principal, Eva B Labowicz, MSC/EE. She has extensive wireless technology experience from various system engineering and product management functions at Motorola’s Infrastructure/Home&Network Mobility Business. From 2008 engaged as on-site consultant with Lockheed Martin and General Dynamics in high-profile communications programs for US Navy and NASA. In addition, regularly contributes as a subcontracted systems engineer to distributed mobile apps projects based on ANDROID platform.
